These 45 minute classes are meant for clients who wish to augment or transition from their one-on-one physio sessions to group exercises or those who have no injuries but wish to gain a better understanding of how Alignment, Breathing, and Core can help optimize their current exercise program and prevent injuries.
Schedule
Tuesday: 12:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m.
Thursday: 5:45 p.m.
*Please note classes are 45 minutes and there are only five (5) spots per class; therefore, a reservation is highly recommended.
